Art is what represents Chandra Shegar. These 37-year old were born and raised in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and started doodling at the age of 2 and has never looked back. Upon graduating with a degree in Interior Design, Shegar joined home furnishing mogul IKEA as their head designer for 5 years before going solo. He set up Eye Design, a company doing Homes, Wedding Planning, Styling and Production and has since worked with numerous local and foreign acts.

Shegar is a much-sought after stylist to the stars as well as royalty and has worked with numerous celebrities and socialites including Datuk Marina Mahathir, YM Tunku Datin Myra Madihah, Nori & Azreen Abdullah, actress Cheryl Samad, Juliana Ibrahim and other local stars as well as international celebrities like Cindy Crawford, Courtney Thorne-Smith, Zang Zi Yi as well as former Miss Universe, Sushmita Sen. Since launching his self-named fashion label in 2007, Shegar took part in the Fiesta Fashion Kuala Lumpur using songket to create contemporary evening wear. Currently working on his new life, Shegar is honored to be part of MASIF 2011.
